Self Reporting Questionnaire 29 (SRQ 29) is a questionnaire developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a measuring tool for mental problems/disorders. SRQ 29 contains 29 questions related to issues that may have bothered you over the past 30 days.
The Mental Health Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University has carried out this screening activity accompanied by a brief consultation facility called Confide Corner.
